We had a very special stay in Ksamil so close to the seafood restaurant around the corner, the nearby beach and supermarket. It was excellent close to everything.

we stayed 2 nights and had really comfortable time. having breakfast in the garden was delightful. we really enjoyed living in this apartment, will come back.

Thanks a lot for amazing stay, having setting close to everything. The place is next to the beach and the centre. It's nestled in beautiful building. No reason to complain, I would book again.

Convenient location near supermarket, restaurants, and beaches. Free parking available on a dirt road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable and spacious apartment with large beds. Cool temperature and good shading in the area. Lovely courtyard with fruit trees and a relaxing atmosphere

location was favourable, within easy walking distance of spiaggia di ksamil. besides, bars and restaurants were placed in close vicinity of the apartment. there were small restaurants very close to the property.

The apartment during our Christmas stay was clean and well-maintained. the location was great and we were able to easily access nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.

The amenities were lacking. the room did not have enough towels or toiletries, which made our stay quite inconvenient.

our honeymoon trip to ksamil was made even more special by our stay at zace studios. the warm and welcoming family made us feel at home, and their invitation to make raku pottery was an unforgettable experience. prompt and helpful service, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a private patio in a beautiful garden.

I had a wonderful stay at Zace Studios in Ksamil. The family that manages the hotel was cute and made me feel right at home. They even invited me to assist in the process of making Raku, a unique experience. Whenever I had a request, it was promptly addressed with a smile. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely terrace. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and convenient location.

Had a great New Year's stay in Ksamil! The location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The studio we stayed in was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities we needed. The hospitality of the family managing the property was exceptional, they were always available and even let us use their private bathroom after check out. Plus, we got to enjoy homemade raki for free!

We experienced some water infiltration due to heavy rain, but the family quickly offered us a different apartment which we ended up liking even more. It would have been nice to have some extra items in the apartment, like dish cleaning soap, sponge, and basic cooking products, as we had to buy them ourselves and ended up leaving most of it behind.

During my recent stay at Zace Studios, I was blown away by the comfort and modernity of the studio. Equipped with everything I needed, it made my stay in Ksamil really good. I especially loved the spacious loggia, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a relaxing evening. The cleanliness of the studio was perfect, and the garden added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The location was unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach and surrounded by a supermarket and numerous restaurants. What stood out, however, was the kindness and hospitality of the host and his family. They made me feel welcomed and were always available to assist me with any questions or requests. Thanks to Zace Studios, I had a fantastic experience in Ksamil and I definitely plan on returning in the future. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy and clean apartment in a central yet peaceful location. The nearby beaches were easily accessible by foot, and there were plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. The highlight of my stay was the really good hospitality - the family prepared a delicious dinner for me and even offered homemade raki. The contact person was always available, and I was even allowed to use the private bathroom after check-out. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches in Ksamil. the hosts were very welcoming and provided great recommendations for activities and places to visit. the apartment was spacious and modern with a small balcony that offered a view of the garden terrace.

The overcrowded beaches and lack of proper infrastructure in the area can be disappointing.
